We are currently seeking to recruit new project leaders to work predominantly in Lincolnshire and Gloucestershire (other areas considered).
​
iSingPOP is part of Innervation Trust, a charity focused on providing primary school, singing, dancing, and performing projects. Exploring Collective Worship, these projects are all about great music, great values, and great fun!
​
The Project Leader role requires a positive and confident nature, able to liaise with schools, staff, church members and the general public. The role requires the Project Leader to be professional, inspirational, approachable, with a pleasant and friendly manner. The work is very varied and diverse and our project leaders will need to be flexible, amenable and adaptable.

Skills & Abilities

Able to proactively engage with all children from all backgrounds

Able to lead children in singing

Able to lead children in dancing

Able to plan and lead projects in school
-
Able to present the values behind the teaching to children in a culturally relevant way
-
Ability to proactively build strong, healthy relationships with children and staff

Confident at public speaking to children as well as adults

A team player who is able to enthuse and inspire others about the project

Self-motivated and able to work, where appropriate, on their own

Able to plan and organise own work

Basic IT skills
-
Basic administrative skills
-
Be able to drive and have access to own transport
Relevant Experience

Experience of working with children on a regular basis, with evidence of establishing positive relationships

Experience of singing and dancing
-
Understanding of safeguarding issues
-
Experience of working with children in a Christian context
